Our mock trial is just about over the prosecution has put up a good case and the defense has done a great job countering every argument; so now it is about to go to the jury who will prevail? The People or Linn Pauling?

Follow the link to an article about the "robot" that held a city's cars for ransom. Read the article and think about what could have been written into the contract before the garage was built to prevent the problem. Then come back and answer the questions below.
